Ready to Ship Merchandise: 

Orders typically ship within 5 business days. However, items ship together; if your order includes a made to order/preorder item, all items will ship in one package once embroidery is complete or preorder is in stock.

 Art Prints: Depending on the circumstance, prints may need to be packaged & shipped separately -- keep an eye out for a separate tracking number if you have multiple pieces in your order.

 Handmade to Order: 

Current turnaround of made to order items is about 2-4 weeks before shipment. Once purchased, your order will be placed in a queue and will be stitched up and shipped out as soon as possible.

I do my best to honor deadline requests, so please contact me prior to purchasing if you'd like to request a specific delivery date.

Domestic Orders:

All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking included to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please be sure to double check shipping address as reshipping fees due to incorrect/incomplete address will be the responsibility of the buyer.

First Class Shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days & Priority Shipping at 2-3 business days. However, these dates are an estimation and not guaranteed.

** Orders over $300 automatically include signature confirmation



International Customs and Import Taxes:

I'm happy to ship internationally! Buyers should be aware that additional customs and import taxes or fees may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.

Any additional taxes will be assessed by the buyer's local customs office, so unfortunately Eradura is unable to determine what fees may be associated with an international order.

Per shipping requirements, all items will be categorized as merchandise with value of contents listed on the package customs form. (So if your order is intended as a gift, please note that the contents & price of the order will be displayed on the shipping label)

Customs taxes & fees can vary widely by country, but if you have questions, the best contact is your local post office or customs office for the most accurate, up to date information for your area.

International Shipping:

Orders are shipped USPS First Class International, with the option to upgrade to Priority Mail. (Orders over $200 in value may be required to ship via registered/priority mail)

All international orders are insured where available with tracking number provided to most locations. If tracking is available for your location, it can be found in your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping times can vary by destination and can be delayed due to customs, but typically international shipments arrive within 2-4 weeks (and in some cases, up to 6-8 weeks). If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please check with your local customs office as it may just be waiting for pickup!

Change your mind? I accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns & exchanges, however, are not accepted at this time and all custom orders are final sale. 

In the event of a problem, please reach out as soon as possible and I will assist in every situation to the best of my ability.

Many of my pieces are hand embroidered or hand printed ~ no two pieces will be exactly alike.
Please allow for some variation in look as each handmade piece will be unique.
I do my best to photograph and describe pieces accurately, but colors may differ from your monitor to what you see in person. If you have specific questions about product details, please don't hesitate to get in touch and I'd be happy to help.
Hand embroidery is delicate in nature and should be treated with care. To promote longevity, I recommend hand or machine stitching patches to items that are not routinely laundered like a jean jacket or tote bag. Avoid washing and drying.
