With the current events of COVID-19, I have implemented a couple of changes to my shipping practice out of an abundance of caution
While Eradura remains an operation of one, I am able to continue fulfilling orders myself from my home studio as usual.
All orders are packed with clean, washed hands on a disinfected surface. To minimize unnecessary trips to the post office, I am exclusively utilizing USPS's pickup service from my home studio.
Every effort is being made to continue processing orders at my usual pace within 5 business days, but depending on your location, shipping delays may be experienced. To check if USPS has issued service disruptions for your area, click here

✹ Ready to Ship:
Orders typically ship within 5 business days, but depending on volume, can occasionally ship up to 7 business days from order date. Items ship together; if your order includes a made to order/preorder item, all items will ship in one package once embroidery is complete or preorder is in stock.
✹ Art Prints: Depending on the circumstance, prints may need to be packaged & shipped separately -- keep an eye out for a separate tracking number if you have multiple pieces in your order.

✹ Domestic Shipping:
All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking included to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please be sure to double check shipping address as reshipping fees due to incorrect/incomplete address will be the responsibility of the buyer.
First Class Shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days & Priority Shipping at 2-3 business days. However, these timeframes are not guaranteed.

✹ International Customs and Import Taxes:
I'm happy to ship internationally! Buyers should be aware that additional customs and import taxes or fees may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery and are assessed by buyer's local customs office.
Eradura is unable to determine or alter what fees may be due.
Per shipping laws, all items will be listed as merchandise with value of contents included on customs form.
Customs taxes & fees can vary widely by country, but if you have questions, the best contact is your local post office/customs office for the most accurate info for your location.
✹ International Shipping:
Orders are shipped USPS First Class International, with the option to upgrade to Priority Mail. (Orders over $200 USD may be required to ship via registered/priority mail)
Tracking number is available to most locations. If tracking is available, it can be found in your shipment confirmation email.
Shipping times can vary by destination and can be delayed due to customs, but typically international shipments arrive within 1-4 weeks. If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please check with your local customs office as it may be waiting for pickup!

Returns & exchanges, however, are not accepted at this time and all custom orders are final sale.
