Q: When will I receive my order?
✹ READY TO SHIP & PREORDER :
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. However, items ship together; if your order includes a made to order/preorder item, all items will ship in one package once embroidery is complete or preorder is in stock.
✹ INTERNATIONAL (Canada & Mexico) : Your order will be dispatched as listed above, but shipping time varies by destination.

Unfortunately, new VAT/GST tax laws for parcels valued under $200 have made shipping internationally a bit more complicated. However, international orders can still be placed via my Etsy shop!

Q: Do you wholesale?
Yes! Eradura's current wholesale catalog is available by request. Inquiries can be emailed to erika@eradura.com

Q: Can I have your design tattooed?
Most of Eradura's existing designs are available for tattoo. Please see my tattoo information page for full details & purchase a tattoo permit in the shop here
Q: Can I exchange/return my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hrs. Returns & exchanges, however, are not accepted at this time. If your order includes apparel, please double check size + fit prior to purchase!
Q: Do you take custom requests?
Custom requests are currently closed. Availability is updated in the Eradura Newsletter & Instagram -- thank you! General custom order info below:
If my aesthetic seems like it suits your project, please send a message with your general ideas and I'll see what I can do! Exact quotes/turnaround times can be given upon discussing project details but generally custom work takes 6+ weeks for completion.
Q: How do I care for my hand embroidered patch/garment?
Hand embroidery is delicate in nature and should be treated with care. To promote longevity, I recommend hand or machine stitching patches to items that are not routinely laundered like a jean jacket or tote bag. Avoid washing and drying.
Gently spot clean or Dry Clean only.
Q: How soon will I hear back about my question?
I do my best to answer emails of an urgent nature as quickly as possible, most often same-day, M-F. However, please allow up to 72 hours for response to custom requests and general inquiries. Thank you!
