Ready to Ship:

Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Items ship together; if your order includes a made to order / preorder item, all items will ship in one package once embroidery is complete or preorder is in stock.

✹ Art Prints: Prints may be packaged & shipped separately -- keep an eye out for a separate tracking number if you ordered multiple pieces

✹ Presale:

Presale items are expected to ship within 4-6 weeks; if your order includes presale & ready to ship goods, all items will ship together in one package once preorder is in stock. Please submit separate orders if you'd like items shipped separately!

✹ US Shipping:

Free Standard US Shipping on orders over $100

All U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included. Please double check shipping address as reshipping fees due to incorrect/incomplete address will be the responsibility of buyer.

✹ International Shipping (Canada & Mexico) :

$14.50 flat rate shipping via USPS First Class International mail
Tracking number is available to most locations. If available, it can be found in your shipment confirmation email

Shipping times can vary by destination and can be delayed due to customs, but typically international shipments arrive within 2-6 weeks. If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please check with your local customs office as it may be waiting for pickup!

If you need to cancel or adjust your order, cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

However, returns & exchanges are not accepted at this time.

In the event of a problem, please reach out as soon as possible and I will assist to the best of my ability!

Unfortunately, new VAT/GST tax laws for parcels valued under $200 have made shipping internationally a bit more complicated. However, worldwide orders can still be placed via my Etsy shop!

Eradura is unable to determine or alter what fees may be due.

Per shipping laws, all items will be listed as merchandise with value of contents included on customs form.

Customs taxes & fees can vary widely by country, but if you have questions, the best contact is your local post office/customs office for the most accurate info for your location.

Many of my pieces are hand embroidered or hand printed ~ no two pieces will be exactly alike.

Please allow for some variation in look as each handmade piece will be unique.

I do my best to photograph and describe pieces accurately, but colors may differ from your monitor to what you see in person. If you have specific questions about product details, please don't hesitate to get in touch and I'd be happy to help.

C A R E

Hand embroidery is delicate in nature and should be treated with care. To promote longevity, I recommend hand or machine stitching patches to items that are not routinely laundered like a jean jacket or tote bag. Avoid washing and drying.

Gently spot clean or dry clean only.
